Preparing token definitions in Draft: manage the list, edit a single token (tabbed) or many in bulk, and move complete tokens to Review. Editing — composition, attributes, rarity, supply — is only possible while a token is in Draft.
01Manage (Draft) — simpleThe calm default: search, the Draft / Review / Live tabs, the grid-size toggle, per-card actions via the ⋯ menu, and pagination. Nothing is selected and no filters are applied — bulk select and the "find incomplete" filters live in the full view below.
02Manage (Draft) — fullThe same list with bulk mode entered (Select active) and the "find incomplete" filter row revealed. Tick cards to populate the bulk bar; the filters surface tokens missing required attributes, rarity or token type.
03Token card — Unique piecesIssue number secondary on the name row · supply tag "1 of 1" · rarity border in the tier colour (Tiered/Weighted only — Uniform has none). No edition or stack.

Score visibility is set collection-wide in Attributes → Show Score. Internal-only means only your team sees it.
06Total score — where it shows (reference)Not a screen — a reference for the Details tab above. The collection-wide "Show score" setting (Attributes → Show Score) decides where a token's Total Score appears. When it's off, the team still sees it flagged "hidden" in the studio; collectors never see it on the live token.

07Single edit — Composition (generator token)Generator-imported tokens only: the source details (generator, batch, seed), current composition, and a manual composition override limited to the batch's parts/layers (ignores generator rules). Created + admin-only last-edited.
Pick only parts & layers from this batch (batch_7F3A). A pure manual override — the generator's compatibility/weighting rules are not applied, and changing parts recomputes derived attributes and score.

08Single edit — AttributesRequired attributes for the type appear automatically; a required attribute with no value is flagged here, on the card, and in bulk view. Empty schema → empty tab.
Edit token · Fox #244 Draft
Strength is required for a Character and has no value. Set it before this token can move to Review.
Attributes · Character1 required · 3 optional
09Single edit — Rarity statesThe Rarity tab only exists for Tiered and Weighted collections — in Uniform mode there is no Rarity tab. Tiered has three states (no tiers yet · a tier needed · chosen). Weighted has one, where the tier can be overridden whether or not Final Score has decided it yet.
Tiered · no tiers defined
No tiers exist yet — nothing to assign.
Tiered · tier needed needs a tier
Tiered · chosen
Change any time in Draft. Score is guidance only — Tiered never auto-assigns.
Weighted
System tier Pendingassigned by Final Score
A manual override can be set whether the system tier is still pending or already calculated. It fixes the tier and excludes it from rebalance until undone.
10Single edit — Supply · unique collectionWhen the collection is unique, every token is one-of-one, so supply is fixed at Single 1/1 — there's no Capped / Unlimited choice and no stacking. Only an optional desired issue number can be set (checked now, held from Review).
Edit token · Supply Draft
Single 1 / 1
Exactly one copy can ever be minted — this collection is unique, so every token is 1/1.
Checked against Live and held numbers right away, but only held once this token moves to Review. Left blank, it's assigned in live-order at go-live.
11Single edit — Supply · copies allowedWhen the collection allows copies: choose Single / Capped (Unlimited gated, not yet available), set whether copies stack, and set a desired issue number. The issue number is one value shared by every copy; it's validated immediately but only held once the token reaches Review. Capped shows the per-token hard maximum from Supply; numbered editions are always Individual.
One number for the whole token — every copy shares it (copies are told apart by their copy number, e.g. 3 / 100). Checked now, held only from Review.
This cap can exceed what's left in the collection's mint budget — that's allowed. Over-authoring never blocks Draft or go-live; the budget is enforced at mint, first-come. If the budget runs out first, the extra copies simply can't be minted. You'll see the live picture under Mint budgets.

13Delete single token (confirm)Draft-only. Removes the token definition and its composition evidence; generated tokens can be re-exported.
Delete token · Fox #244?
This permanently removes the Fox #244 Draft token definition and its composition evidence. If it came from a generator, you can re-export it later.
Only possible while the token is in Draft. This can't be undone.
14Bulk select & deleteMulti-select toolbar over the grid, plus the destructive delete confirm (Draft only).
This permanently removes 3 Draft token definitions and their composition evidence. Generated tokens can be re-exported from the generator.
Only Draft tokens can be deleted. Tokens in Review must be returned to Draft first. This can't be undone.
15Bulk edit — assign attribute & tierAssign one attribute value, a Tiered tier, or a Weighted override tier (which warns that overrides count against that tier's quota).

Assign tier · 8 tokens Tiered
Assign tier · 8 tokens Weighted
These 8 become manual overrides to Rare. They can only go Live if the weighted calculation still permits that many Rare — overrides count against the Rare quota.
16Bulk assign token typeAssign a token type to many tokens at once, with a dry-run validation result shown before anything is applied (multi-type collections).

Dry-run validation
✓
8 tokens are already valid as Creature
All required attributes present — they assign cleanly.
!
4 tokens will be missing the required "Armour"
They'll be assigned but flagged "needs attributes" and held in Draft until filled.
✓
No supply or issue-number conflicts
Changing token type doesn't affect supply policy or issue numbers.
Nothing changes until you apply.
17Bulk — set to Review & tags (move to Review)Set a selection to Review (with a dry-run that checks required attributes, rarity and token type), and add/remove tags across the selection.
Set 8 tokens to Review
✓5 ready — required attributes, rarity and token type all assigned.
!3 held in Draft — Fox #244 missing Strength (required); Fox #501 has no tier; Fox #777 has no token type.
✓Issue numbers reserved — desired numbers are re-checked and become real holds on submit. A collision keeps that token in Draft.

18Manage (Draft) — no Draft tokensThe Draft view when the collection has tokens but none are currently in Draft — they've moved on to Review or Live. Different from first-run "No tokens": the Draft/Review tabs and Add action stay, and it points to where the tokens went.
New tokens start life as Draft — add assets, or export from a generator, and they'll appear here to edit. Tokens already submitted are under the Review tab; minted ones are Live.
