Collection creation — archetypes.

The collection creation flow with the new archetype step. A creator picks a collection type, sees its starting capabilities (the policy envelope), then names it. Cards-only (no wizard): pick a type on the page, then the rest continues in a modal — that type’s starting limits, then name / description / thumbnail. The first release ships the three Art types; the rest stay visible but disabled (“Soon”). Capability numbers come from collection-archetype-implementation-plan.md; limits are editable while Draft and freeze at go-live.

Start by choosing a collection type. It sets safe starting limits to protect the marketplace — you can raise your collection level later as your project grows.
