Physical redemption.

How an owner exchanges a vaulted token for its physical item — RWA collections only (every redeemable token is a 1-of-1 backed by an item in vault custody; no other archetype ever shows a Redeem action). Split out of the my-tokens gallery 2026-07-21: redemption is a later-phase feature, and the V1 wallet gallery no longer shows it. Ruled 2026-07-21: the holding locks the moment Redeem is pressed — no sale, transfer, burn or listing while a redemption is open; the owner pays shipping (directly to the vault) or cancels; an unpaid request auto-cancels after 30 days; payment makes it a binding fulfilment; the token becomes Redeemed (terminal) at tracking entry. All consumer copy — never backend state names.

01Redeem — request & quoteOpened from the Redeem action on a vaulted token's detail page. One modal: pick an address from the profile address book, see the instant quote (the vault's rate card: shipping + transit insurance, paid directly to the vault — never through Toko), and confirm. The combine hint (ruled 2026-07-21) appears when the owner holds other items at the same vault. The customs line is required copy (ruled 2026-07-21: all customs and import charges are the redeemer's responsibility). Confirming reserves the token immediately — frame 02.

02Token detail — redemption requested (reserved)Viewing a token with an open redemption: the canonical wallet detail page (my-tokens frame 07 anatomy, unchanged) with the reserved state layered on — a status tag in the header, one clear info note with the countdown, a Redemption section carrying the quote and the two ways out, and the standard actions disabled with a plain reason. Nothing about the page is rearranged; the lock is a state of the same design, not a new screen.

03Token detail — shipping paid (binding)After payment the redemption is binding (ruled 2026-07-21): Cancel disappears, the address is locked (quotes are destination-priced), and the token stays reserved until the vault ships it. When the vault enters tracking, the token completes as a permanent redemption record and the parcel's journey continues on the token page (shipped → delivered, with the vault's photos as the evidence trail).
